Bio
Matt enters his seventh season with the Nighthawks. Serving as General Manager from 2021-2025, and Assistant General Manager in 2019, he takes the role of Vice President for the 2026 season.
Wright worked for and won a Futures Collegiate League (FCBL) championship with the Nashua Silver Knights in 2020 as the Press Box Director, during which the NECBL was on a COVID hiatus. Former Nighthawks Broadcaster Dan Byford (2019) also worked for Nashua that summer. Prior to joining the Nighthawks, Matt served as an Assistant Coach and Director of Baseball Operations for Southern Maine CC, as well as running an American Legion team in Ludlow, VT.
He is a Springfield, Vermont native, and currently resides in Allenstown, New Hampshire with his wife Christina.
